Starting Weight: -10.7 lbs
Breakfast: Grabbed a buttered bagel and a Red Bull for breakfast. Great start, right? I know . . . . . . . Not gonna lie, likely to do it again tomorrow. I'll try not to have the Bull though. Maybe bagel and water?
Lunch: Leftovers from last night's dinner. Lemon chicken w/Broccoli. This was delicious. And keeping the broccoli in the same container overnight made the broccoli have the lemon taste, which made it even better. THat was a good combination that I would not really have considered before.
Snack: I had an oreo and a blue bunny small ice cream cone. 140 calories in these things. Nice little something to have that will stop me from gorging on a bowl of ice cream.
Dinner: Surprise dinner alone while Kristyn was picking up the kids at Aya's house. I went out and grabbed some pizza. Had 2 slices. Sat outside at Three Boys and relaxed. Followed that by making a few trade offers in Fantasy Football and setting up my waiver claims for the week.
Snack: 2 handfuls of mini pretzels.
Not a very exciting day today of food, but I have been delinquent on the blogging and wanted to try to get back on the horse, so even though I don't have much here and it's not very entertaining, I wanted to try to start holding myself accountable again on here. I'll try to make tomorrow's more fun.
Spoiler Alert For Tomorrow: Tomorrow's gonna be rough at night. Will explain tomorrow. I'm expecting failure, so I'll have to be EXTRA good tomorrow during the day.
