Day 27 - Whole Wheat Toast

Friday

Weigh-In:  -9.8 pounds.  Maintaining and lingering.  Don't be impressed.  I was here on day 10.  BUT it's been almost a month and I have not completely fallen off the wagon.  What pisses me off is that I could be down 15-17 by now if I stuck to the plan better.

Breakfast - Went for a breakfast sandwich today again at Goldbergs.  They are 3 for 3 this week. The big question from Mom?  Yes.  I did.  Sorry.  I'm trying . . . . . . definitely a bad week in that regard.

Lunch - went to Wally's with dad.  Got a grilled chicken sandwich on whole wheat toast and had about 3/4 of a piece of crumb cake.  I am so pissed at myself for the crumb cake.  That was just me not thinking.  Could have been an amazing lunch.  INstead - killed it with crumbs.  HAd a Diet orange soda

Dinner - I had a Morningstar Farms Spicy Black Bean Burger on whole wheat toast with a little ketchup.  I forgot how much I like these!  and a quick 1 minute in the microwave is all it took!

Snack - I had some of my favorite ice cream tonight.  Not a ton.  Just an average amount.

Saturday

Weigh-In: -11.2 pounds.  This was a breakthrough.  I cracked a very important number.  I'm not disclosing that number yet.  I want to lose 10 more before I admit the starting number, but I was pumped to crack through this barrier.  Of course, it was a late weigh-in - about 3 hours later than usual since I slept until after 9am, but I'll take it!   I'm feeling motivated because of this.   Let's see how it goes.

Breakfast - Had 2 eggs with turkey sausage today.  Popped it on some whole wheat toast.  Why am I not doing this every day?  Cheaper, healthier and NO RED BULL!    Why don't I do it every day?  Bad habits.  Here's to breaking bad habits.

Lunch - For lunch, I had a slice of Elio's pizza and a Blue Bunny Ice Cream Sandwich.  yup - I caved in and bought them at full price.  Still only about $0.55 each, so that's still better than going to 7-11 and getting taquitos and stuff - for health and for the wallet.  And the Elio's - again - this cost me about $1.33.  As opposed to grabbing 2 slices and a soda at the pizzeria for $8.  Victories all around.

Halloween - Halloween with all that candy - - - - - not easy - - - - - I only had 2 regular sized Reese's.  Not bad!  BUT I sort of went overboard snacking on chips, doritos and white cheddar popcorn prior to dinner.

Dinner -  2 slices of BBQ chicken pizza from Cousin's.  I went to have a 3rd slice and I heard my mom whispering to Kristyn.  I called her out on her whispering and it turned out it was about why I was having a 3rd slice.  So i took a bite and through the rest out.  Literally threw it in the garbage from where I was standing.

Snack - Had another Blue Bunny Ice Cream Sandwich.   Not a great 2nd half of the day, but again - believe it or not, it was a very contained day for me, for Halloween.
