Starting weight - (-) 3.6 lbs
I have to be honest, Kind of brain-farted yesterday and this morning and forgot to write. I'm a day late with this, its 10pm and I really don't feel like thinking very hard. I'll tell you what I remember though briefly.
Breakfast - i don't remember!
Lunch - Pasta with chicken, chick peas and broccoli from the other day
Dinner, snacking, etc - I did not actually eat dinner. I didn't leave myself time and I kinda forgot. But i snacked throughout the rest of the day and night. Never got REALLY hungry. It was god actually.
I was spending the day getting ready for marching band since band camp starts the next day, so food was not on top of my list of importance for the day. worked out well actually :-)
I'm going to go write day 6, since It's still fresh on my mind
